Now had 3 months of ineffective treatment for back and leg pain but no proper assessment to manage pain. All the time mobility is becoming a major issue.

  2. Review titled Late starting blood tests

Rated 1 star out of 5

First appointment of the day for a blood test, I should have been in and out in less than 5 mins, I arrived early to make sure I didn’t cause any delay for other patients shame the nurse wasn’t so considerate. Finally I got called 15 mins late, with no explanation. I can understand being held up by other patients, I spoke to the reception to find out what was going on? But basically they didn't know what the issue was.

  3. Review titled Caring & well run

Rated 5 stars out of 5

This is a great surgery, I've been registered here for 4 years now. Although the phone lines can understandably be very busy, the receptionists take the time to listen and I have always been able to get either an appointment or telephone advice as appropriate. The doctors are quick to call back and are very thorough, the nurse-led review clinics are well run, and the in-house physio service is brilliant. The electronic prescriptions are reliable and my record in the NHS app always seems to be updated quickly too, which helps with any questions. A lot of other surgeries don't seem to use this feature.

  4. Review titled Awful

Rated 2 stars out of 5

On hold with 2 callers for over an hour. Staff are always chatting in the practise while phones are ringing. Awful customer service. Currently taking on more clients while it already takes over an hour on hold to speak to anyone!

  5. Review titled Excellent care

I was able to get a non urgent face to face appointment with a GP within a two week window and the in-house physio. Efficient and effective care and good explanations re: my condition. A huge Thank You to you, particularly during these difficult financial times.

  6. Review titled Hardworking and caring practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I am very impressed by the efficiency of the practice. It is normal that we have to wait awhile to be answered on the telephone. The reception team always do their best and are kind and helpful. I have always been able to speak to a doctor via telephone or get an appointment when really needed. Thank you for all your help.

I made a phone call to book a nurse appointment. I was on hold for 4 minutes. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions fully. I am very satisfied with this service.

  8. Review titled No answer at all

Rated 1 star out of 5

On hold for an hour and 10 minutes (#6 callers so that means average call is taking over 10 minutes) now caller #1 and still on hold for coming up to 20 minutes - this isn't busy-there is simply noone there....
