My 93 year old mother has always had nothing but praise for this practice over the years however due to breaking her vertebrae she needed a home visit. She was refused this and had to attend the surgery, she was in agony. It didn't end there either the GP prescribed the wrong medication which resulted in her becoming so ill she had to ring for an Ambulance, they explained things to her so thoroughly and rang the surgery themselves for her medication to be changed. I find it disgusting to expect a person of this age and knowing of her situation to be refused a home visit.

  2. Review titled Poor service

Don’t usually complain but this is so frustrating. Have to ring at 8am to be placed in a queue to make an appointment. By the time you are answered there aren’t any appointments left. Offered a phone call back later and may or may not be seen. Can’t book appointments in advance. How are we meant to see a doctor here? Wanted to make an appointment for my elderly mother and was asked for her details twice. Really dissatisfied.
