    Relatively new patient and have had to use this GP twice this year. The receptionists have been helpful and caring, trying their best to find me an appointment slot (not always succeeding but I could tell they were doing their best). Both GPs I've seen this year took their time with me and made sure I had everything I needed.

    I’ve just been with my breathing and the doctor didn’t care as I’m over 18 and he made it worse when checking my neck.

    They sent my repeat prescription to a different chemist even tho I asked for a certain chemist and I had issues with them releasing it so I could get it from another chemist

    I’ve had to order my repeat prescription in 2 orders and the 1st order isn’t being sorted as I need to re order my asthma medicines.

    This practice has been utterly useless - I understand that GP's may have limited abilities to diagnose (even when using their NHS Wikipedia) but to have to repeat the same story with a revolving number of different staff members, excessive repeated blood tests and blocking much needed referrals when clearly there is a chronic issue is not acceptable. They do not listen to patients properly and gatekeep further treatment. I would not recommend using this service.

    How long does it take to get website up and running so I can reorder my meds? You don't take down the old website until until the new one is ready to be launched.

    I had a medication issue a couple of weeks ago on a repeat prescription and not managed to get my medication but they are blaming the chemist and it’s the doctors fault. I’ve had both cause issues before.

    I have been trying to call on the telephone to make an appointment for my elderly mother. I wait in the phone queue. After reaching number one. Nobody even bothers to answer the phone. There should be a seperate reception desk handling all telephone line enquiries and assisting services available. I have to keep trying again to call for simple blood test results. There is bad reception service always miserable staff, unwelcoming, unprofessional and rude. One does not always have to phone at 8am for the days avaialble appointments it may be an urgent matter for a patient. Last time the reception lost my urine sample. Such nonsense. Staff should be fully trained. Poor staff and service.

    I have been with boarder drive surgery since 1981 and has amazing service. But not now. Now unable to get appointments when needed, and no I'm not constantly wanting to see the doctor. Not can I order my repeat medication. They won't order it over the phone and the website is down with no idea of when it's getting sorted. So now. No repeat medication.
