Needed appt for my mam, got one the same day, very reassuring, really helped my mam who was extremely worried, she can’t sing their praises enough gave her peace of mind, nothing was a bother to them, thank you for your time & patience

Was listened to and cared for my GP She took time out to listen to my concerns. Was really understanding and gave me sensible advice, and made sure I understood what she was saying.

I'm very on the fence about this practice, sometimes (like today) I had a wonderful woman helping me on the phone and other times it's not a great experience but I do appreciate the struggles that GP receptionists have on a day to day.

I phoned today for an appointment and spoke to a receptionist today and I just wanted to say she had a lovely manner and attitude. Credit where it is due.

Staff were supportive, caring and advise accordingly regards consultation apiontment and querie. The GP took time to listen to concerns during the consultation and ensured very prompt appropriate care, prescription and follow up tests are in place. An extremely caring practice.

As usual excellent service called into surgery this morning obtained an appointment within 1 hour was seen by nurse practioner and referred for x ray speedy nd professional thank you

I was wondering if there was anybody at the reception desk. I’ve pressed no5 just after 2.37pm no answer n was still waiting after 10minutes 4 seconds.Rang again pressed no2 n they appreciate my patience at this busy time currently waiting on hold 8 minutes 47 seconds.Btw change that dreadful music please
