The diabetic nurse. I saw this morning was outstanding and an asset to the practice. The management at the practice could learn a lot from her.

I phoned asking a phone call appointment with my doctor. I was given appointment on the first working day of the doctor. I received the call on date and within time. My questions were answered and advice was given.

Had throat problems got an appointment straight away seen by doctor and very helpful in looking after me and asking for further check up in two weeks if symptoms persist

My experiences so far have been positive. In particular the reception staff have been most helpful and receptive. Delays for appointments have been minimal. Phone appointments have been on time and supportive. My phone appointment this morning to review my medicines was professional and provided me with the answers I needed. The queries and questions from the pharmacist were pertinent and sensible. A further appointment to review the effects of the changes to my tablets was arranged satisfactorily.

Spoke to the pharmacist at the surgery today, regarding my medication that’s out of stock and apparently a nationwide shortage. Gave me some useful and helpful information as always. Thanks again.

A telephone consultation was conducted by the duty pharmacist in a very professional manner, all current medication was reviewed and reissued. I am happy with the service received.

When we first visited this health centre the lovely receptionist broke all jokes about ignorant drs receptionists, she was the most helpful and freindly receptionist ever. Today I had an appointment with the practise Pharmacist and she was also very helpful and happy with everything to continue as they were before I moved so therefore so far I can only give this practice a 5 star review. I have not yet needed to have a face to face appointment so my score could change.
