No appointments 6 weeks offered go alternative practice 3 miles away. Appointment service is appauling staff not trained properly. Issues raised Manager no call back they worst doctors surgery not recommended anyone

today i had gone to the gp with my daughter as she has had a bad rash for a long time however the doctor had seen us and said that we have wasted alot of appointments and she was very rude as she kept talking over me,she looked at my daughters arm in a very rough way and said she cannot see any rash,my daughter was very uncomfortable ,this doctor should have owed a duty of care to my daughter and should of been more reasonable i was not happy with the way she has treated me and my daughter, i will not be booking any more appointments with her

Had operation last week got an infection very sore and painful rang to try get appointment told the 27th of April hope the guy who answered phone understands what an infection is and what it can turn into . Not normal for this practice normally very helpful had great experience over the last 37 years . Hope a bit of training for this gentleman will take place . Had to turn up at A and E for antibiotics don’t think I would of made it to the 27 th.
