    Some of my repeat prescription meds not prescribed despite my email request detailing each item to be prescribed and asking to please check and prescribe each item as often items are missing when I collect from pharmacy I rang the surgery multiple times to resolve. After a few moments waiting for someone to answer the call is transferred to a ringtone line rather than the automated message then the line is ended, cut off, without anyone answering. This is a regular reoccurance with this surgery. Im still without some of my prescribed meds affecting my health.

    Reception staff very condescending on the phone as though I a naughty child or a person who is stupid. Not a pleasant experience at all on my ringing the surgery.

    Each and every month I email my repeat prescription to the GP as per required standard procedure. Each and every month the GP always fails to prescribe all my repeat items. I am a health professional myself and I always have to chase my prescriptions which leads me to being without vital meds as my work hours limit my time availability to chase my meds. This has been ongoing each month for approx two years despite my highlighting of this several times to the practice

    I am very grateful to doctor who rang me urgently on 16 June referring me to hospital urgently after proactively chasing my blood test results, therefore I am very thankful for his rapid action showing good care and concern, I am also very thankful and appreciate all the help from the front desk staff with a smile, so keep up the good work

    I am very moved by the kindness shown by the admin and medical staff over the last few days, helping to get my father in law re-registered and arranging a home visit for him. Given the awful pressures that all NHS staff are under, it is heartwarming and humbling to witness such care and professionalism. Thank you all

    Receptionists speak to people in a totally inappropriate way. Shouting at people, shouting personal information across the waiting room, refusing to listen and talking over the top of people. They would do well to remember they are paid by the tax payers in the uk to book appointments for gps and to pass messages on. They are not medical professionals and should not be reading patients notes and offering their opinions and advice. I have had to ask to speak to the manager every time I need an appointment and have been given an appointment as soon as I speak with the manager. Please read all your reviews about rude reception staff and do some urgent training. Also the telephone systems asking people ring at 9am is not working and people cannot get through. Having to ring back day after day is increasing nhs work load and you are discriminating against people who work and are unable to sit on a phone on hold for an hour a day to be told no appointments. Totally unacceptable to expect People who are Ill to put up with rude receptionists and be told they will not get help or to go to a&e for non emergency care.

    I attended surgery in emergency on 03rd February being very concerned regarding my health condition, however Doctor was proactive, caring, reassuring and eased my concern by referring me on fast track, to be seen urgently at hospital, therefore I received my endoscopy appointment just after a week, furthermore the receptionist was very alert and made the appointment possible

    Awful practice. Only joined as I moved into the area after being with the same practice all of my life. Ive had several appointments (GP, nurse and midwife), and all have been extremely rude. I’ve never experienced being spoken to so harshly ever before and cannot wait to move. It’s difficult to book appointments and reception take ages to tend to you. It’s a shame there are no other decent practices in the area otherwise I would have moved a long time ago.

    Perfect people. From Doctor, receptionist, nurse all of them. Some delays on the phone due to operational processes, but the doctors do phone back on the day. Can't complain in this time of pandemic etc. They're doing their best.
