Always found staff polite and efficient issues dealt with promptly doctors caring and attentive have been registered for over 10 years and have had no issues repeat prescription done promptly finally I am happy with care I recieve

It’s been really hard getting appointments on patient access as when I check at 8.30 onwards it says your surgery has no appointments available, this is very frustrating especially when I have an ailment that I need to speak to the doctor about, I call on telephone and I am kept on the line for 15 to 30 minutes before getting answered. It will be nice if the practice can do something about the appointment system.
