My daughter and I were treated respectfully and the Dr did a very thorough examination and promised to look further into the issue, we felt like we were listened to

Today I rang with a query about obtaining a Covid travel pass. I was unable to obtain one via the NHS App because it turned out my passport name is different to that held on my NHS details at the surgery. I rang on what was clearly a typically busy morning but was offered excellent advice and did not feel that I was wasting their time even though I was not ringing about a medical issue. Later I visited the surgery and was again dealt with swiftly and with care and left feeling reassured that my query would be dealt with quickly. I cannot praise the staff I spoke to highly enough. I know they are under enormous pressure but they really did not make me feel anything other than well looked after. Thank you so much.
