A huge thank you to the GP for having conducted the consultation in a professional but also caring and compassionate manner. The GP was able to make me feel at ease, reduced my anxiety, and made me feel totally comfortable. The GP listen carefully to all my concerns and provided very valuable answers….I felt reassured. During the consultation the GP never hurried me (despite the fact I arrived late due to being stuck in traffic), thank you to the GP for seeing me.

Very helpful and I didn’t feel rushed. The Dr explained everything very well and listened to me. She also sent me links to help with what I went for.

Great experience- i came in for a query re: prescription which was solved straight away and was even able to join the vaccine queue. Practice was clean, very well organised, and all staff was absolutely lovely. No request was too much. Thank you!

General phone appointment service. I have lumps on my neck and I did a blood test. They told me to book an telephone appointment to spoke about the results. Taking the phone from my bag, I hang up by mistake. I phoned call straight away to the same number and they didn't pick me up. When I call back to the main number and I ask about what to do next time if I miss the phone call what I have to do, if wait for a second phone call or what I have to do, she wasn't clear. She only talk about I have to call next Monday for another appointment (today is Friday) because they don't have any available appointment in the next two weeks. She wasn't clear at all. And you know what? Monday I have to travel abroad for work. This people are comfortable in the office not asking questions and solving nothing. I am really worried about this lump in my neck. Very disappointment with the phone call service.

The doctors are understanding, and they seem to care for me, for my health and well-being wellness. The nurses are goo too. Thank goodness for the NHS. Where would we be without them!!!! 😀 x
