Fitted me in at short notice for a hgv medical. The service was excellent, both helpful, polite and completed professionally. I would highly recommend this service to anyone from my experience today. Thank you again

I have been with this surgery since 2003 and have seen many changes, but out of all of them in the area it is still one of the better ones staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The only thing that is changing is getting a appointment. Before you were near enough guaranteed to get an appointment within a couple of days now you might have to wait 1 to 2 weeks which is not good enough. Also since covid telephone appointments are still only given its hard to get a face to face appointment, i dont like that You get given a time but never get the call at that time. The other week my telephone time was 2.30pm and i got a call at 5.45pm. But over all this surgery is better than others in the area after talking to other people. At least the reception assistants are great at helping you. Thank you for your hard work ladies....
