This was dealt with by the whole team and volunteer ushers in a friendly and informative way. Booster was painless and also the professional practitioner and nurse team were lovely and caring.

I have waited for over 2 weeks for an appointment . I got a phone call appointment on Saturday the 13th . Had several reminders but never got that call . I’m very dissapointed and angry as I waited for someone to call but they never did . Now I’ll have to go though the porosses all over again and have to wait yet another 2 weeks . Not happy at alll

Following a GP appointment, which was on time and well conducted, I needed to make an appointment for a blood test, but was fitted in immediately with only a very short wait.

Waited 4 weeks for an appointment even though in excruciating pain (I didn’t meet the criteria for an on the day appointment) according to receptionist. Then due to receptionist incompetence at not booking me in I wasn’t able to see a GP. Dr did ring me back later to sort everything out. Support staff need more training

Just had two annual reviews for long term conditions, one online for asthma by the practice Pharmacist, and one in person for diabetes by a healthcare assistant (to be followed by a nurse specialist appointment). Both went smoothly, and the staff were courteous and capable.

Nurse was extremely helpful and very kind. She guided me through. I felt I was in the right place and went home feeling better that I was. Receptionists are also very kind and supportive.

It was best that they were able to do. It would be better if there was doctors that i could see. I have a lot going on with me and I'm in a very stressful situation with my mental health do to so much has happened to me and I probably really need to discuss everything with a perfectionist in order for me to get everything under control. Thanks

Great drs but receptionist told me because I have had pains in my chest before I would have to see the dr I saw last for continuity. I had to fill in a form and be triaged That’s great seeing the same dr but I didn’t know it was exactly the same thing but had to wait 4 weeks which was worrying.
