    Honestly, how do I even begin? I’ve never experienced such horrific service in my life. For a week straight I tried calling to book an appointment as the online service had no slot availability for a month and my problem was urgent, however I was unable to be connected. Eventually I managed to get through to book a telephone consultation as face to face was not available. After waiting for approx. 3hours I got a call back and when I explained that I had a couple of things I’d like to mention, I was told to call back for my second query as they are only dealing with one problem per consultation. No follow back was even offered even after mentioning that it was urgent. I got my prescription for my antibiotics, but the consultant failed to explain to me how to take the medications. I had to do my own research and further as my pharmacist. Honestly what sort of service is this? My second problem is that I’ve been battling with terrible migraines for years and years and even when this problem started back when I was in secondary school, they failed to take it seriously and I took matters into my own hands and went to Guy’s where they discovered other problems after performing an MRI. My neurologist has been writing letters to my GP for them to get in contact with me about changing my medications and revising me, but til this day since last year, they’ve failed to even execute. Honestly, I don’t even know what these people are doing but it is definitely not providing patients with holistic care. They are failing their patients. As stated above, I am extremely and utterly disappointed.

I sincerely apologize for the negative experience you have had with our practice. We have great availability with our E-Consultation service which can be accessed via our website, E-Hub Administrators do respond within a 2 working day period for any routine issues and to request sick notes, test results etc. They also arrange doctors appointments where appropriate. Please can you contact the surgery on 0203-302-3007 and ask for myself so I can further investigate your experience and to ensure it does not happen again. Patient care is of course a main priority for Nexus and I would really appreciate the opportunity to further explore your feedback. Best wishes Joanne
