    Dear Patient, I am delighted to hear your experience at the practice has been very positive. In the past few weeks we have worked on our access improvement plan by recruiting additional clinical and admin staff. We now have a dedicated call centre receiving patient calls, we have increased our clinical team by hiring a specialist paediatric nurse and GPs. We continue to listen to our patients to provide the best quality of care possible. Thank you for your encouragement to the team which is very much valued.

    I think the surgery has finally found two good practitioners, one a doctor and one a nurse. The nurse I saw today was an example of exemplary knowledge, bedside manor, empathy and care. I avoided visiting despite being poorly based on previous experiences but the last two visits one with a GP and one with a nurse was positive! I felt respected, listened to and their assessment of me evidenced I knew what my body needed because their findings confirmed that. There’s nothing worse than being told you’re not right about things you’re feeling in your body so to be listened today was everything. Fantastic nurse, thank you. Also, I must say the receptionists are great. Thank you to them too! The same issues are still capacity, waiting times and unfortunately some practitioners who aren’t like the above but maybe this is the beginning of something really good! Thanks!

    I feel that all the members of the practice team want to do their best in order to help people.Receptionist and doctors are amazing. Today I visited my GP in regards to my referral and they were extremely helpful as always. Thank you we need more people like you in every GP! 5 stars service !!

    For the last 10 years I’ve had the same prescription every month and for the last few years one particular receptionist never puts them through for the doctor to sign . So I’m then having to wait extra days for my inhalers. And they always give excuses about having half days and that it’s up to the pharmacy to put them through

    Dear patient, I am sorry that you have had an issue with your medications. Please be advised all staff do submit medication requests either from the chemist or the patient. We do require at least 48 hours for repeat medications to be processed. In accordance with NHS guidelines, we are reviewing the usage of inhalers for all patients thus your prescription may have been delayed for review. I would be grateful if you could contact the surgery to discuss this further. Thank you. Kamal Manager

    Needed to see the nurse about my blood pressure, my visit felt relaxed and unhurried. The nurse was extremely considerate and polite. Everything was explained thoroughly. I couldn't have asked for better care

    My Blood Pressure was found to be High. Although there was only one Doctor at the time, several members of staff helped me to get Blood Tests arranged and to do a urine test bringing me cups of water to drink.The HP tested the urine sample,and the GP prescribed my medication. All this was done in a very busy Surgery. I am grateful for their patience,care and Teamwork.

    On the day appointments are gone within 10mins of opening the line, then you are asked to call back again the next day - this is a recurring nightmare because by the time you get through the next day, the appointments are gone, and the receptionists cannot or are unwilling to use their discretion even after explaining that you have been calling for several days to offer an appointment. Its a complete nonsense to have to call every day for over a week and not be able to book an appointment. Why is there no option to self book digitally (routine) for those who are able - this will free up the receptionists time to be focused on urgent queries.
