If you wish to feel you’re wasting their time and have them dismiss you out of hand then this is the place. Both me and my partner have had a number of experience over the 9 years we’ve been registered here that have left a lot to be desired. A number of which have even been confrontational. I understand they are busy but we are both relatively healthy so on the odd occasion we’ve needed a doctor is for good reason. I think the experience my partner had this morning is the final straw and we will now be looking for another practice. I wouldn’t mind but we have health insurance so generally only need a referral but can’t be doing with being spoken down to and patronised.

After previously giving good review I now,sadly,have to give a bad one. Spoke to a doctor about a problem on the phone and was met with an uncaring and dismissive response. I was made to feel I was wasting their time and all the doctor wanted to do was get me off the phone! They kept trying to end the consultation and this was after about 3 minutes! It was awful and so disappointing after previous good service from this surgery.

Saw GP same day with a problem and they were pleasant and professional and also reassuring. It was a very good experience and this is a great practice.

The experience we had with this practice has so far been coming from the various visits we have paid with one of our service user. Auckland doctors provided one of the the best person centre service we have so far seen. Great communication and compassion. We are a care company and we can say Auckland work with us closely into bettering the care of one of our service user. Very friendly, approachable and dedicated doctors. May be improve the desk's response when they take the calls, they can be a bit abrupt some times. Keep the good work Auckland Surgery

In comparison to my last GP surgery Auckland Road is exceptional. Always managed to get an appointment . Reception staff helpful and kind . Doctors too are kind, respectful and knowledgeable never making you feel as though you were wasting their time, which so often happened at my last surgery . Would recommend Auckland Road practice highly .

Suffer from copd ,get flair ups and require antibiotics and steroids to clear it rang for telephone appoint as just needed to get a prescription as not used regular. Was offered telephone appt for 16th January, which is 10 days away explained to receptionist needed prescription sooner,as condition was getting worse.Receptionist did even ask name age or reason and offered no solution but to wait 10 days for phone call.Ican fully see why a and e are so busy as you can't even get to talk to a doctor

I have a problem with a joint, its very painful and swollen. The doctor literally dismissed me, he was unhelpful and rude. Im very upset about this. Shameful. I'll have to go private.
