The website does not give any information on the services that they do/don't provide and when I rang to try to book an appointment I was greeted by an irate receptionist who told me that they don't provide a service that they did a month prior.

I transferred to this practice . I needed to see a Dr . I rang the practice early in the morning and was offered an afternoon appointment. On arrival I was initially by a very friendly receptionist and seen exactly on time by a very nice Dr who listened carefully to me and I was never rushed for time . I was extremely happy with my experience. 3 months later I needed to speak to a Dr I telephoned in the morning and a few hours later a Dr called me . Once again he listened to me and gave me his professional advice . In the afternoon I called in at the practice and everything had been prepared for me and a prescription ready to pick up . It was incredibly good service and I wish to thank everyone from the courteous telephone operators to the friendly practice receptionist to the professional Doctors . In my experience Atlantic Medical Group provide an incredibly good service .

Great Surgery, Polite, patient and helpful staff. Always willing to listen, help and advise. Nothing is too much trouble ...if you need help they will always do their best to accommodate you. Would definitely recommend.

Seen at the new Saturday morning drop in session. Waited a minimal time, seen early and quickly by a kind doctor who actually listened to my request. Excellent service, such a relief to be able to see someone and not have to rely on 111

Having had several dealings with this surgery or the past couple of months, I feel that we are extremely fortunate to have such a well run practice with excellent doctors, nurses, and health care assistants .Over the past couple of months I have had telephone consultations and face to face appointments, all of which gave the same high level of care. Thank you very much to all the staff at Atlantic Medical Group for providing team work at the highest level.

I was able to see a doctor on Saturday morning. After a brief phone consultation I was invited in and seen within 15 minutes. My problem was quickly diagnosed, treatment effected and a prescription issued. All very efficient.

I've been with this practice for years and have had non-stop medical gaslighting from numerous GP's. I have been denied referrals, medications and diagnosis', they have messed up prescriptions, referrals, sick notes, you name it. I honestly feel like I cannot tell my GPs what is going on as I know ill be gaslit. It's impossible to get an appointment and there is no online econsult which is horrible as someone with anxiety. Being chronically ill I rely on a good relationship with my GP but unfortunately, alverton constantly miss the mark. Please avoid this surgery. I'll be leaving.

Registered at Newlyn, live in Newlyn but sent 8 miles up the road to another surgery because it suited the Atlantic Medical Groups Business Model. The amalgamation of the practices means the patient gets a worse service. Full of admiration of the Front Line NHS staff but really really have a low opinion of the business/administration side of things.
