After some bad experiences with other GP, finally I found it the professional and dedicated doctors.After I done a blood test,is come out I have some health problems From this I was called by the one of the doctors to tell me about my problem. Hi tell to redo the blood test. After the second test I was called again and they explained to me what I need to do. So that's meant professional.

Very lucky for the doctors care and guidance. The only negative aspect that I can think about is the very long waiting time. Even though my appointment was for a certain time I have had to wait over 45 minutes.

I always get Excellent help & service at my GP. I changed from an old GP surgery over 10 years ago but really wish I had done it sooner. The Receptionists are always happy to help me and i have got to know their names which is always nice… If I have to call at any time I never feel bad for ringing. It’s always a nice experience. Thankyou to you All. :)

Professional, helpful & kind stuff. Receptionists, nurses & doctors all are good. I attended 3 times in month of September & Satisfied with professional & kind behaviour.

Initial GP telephone consultation appointment quickly obtained. GP listened carefully and provided clear guidance and explanation of the way forward. Arranged all required tests immediately and diligently booked follow up face to face appointment to discuss findings and next steps. A GP who genuinely cares and wants to help.

I have recently been in contact with Ashburton Road Medical Practice in a professionals capacity (I am a NHS Care Coordinator working in a mental health team). I got in touch with the surgery regarding a patients medication and I received a response with follow up within a few hours. I then contacted the surgery for an emergency appointment for the patient following a review with our team GP Trainee - I was offered an emergency appointment on the same day which he attended. The patient was street homeless at the time and understandably distressed. I was really impressed with the timely response from both the Pharmacist and the surgery in ensuring this patient was followed up. It is really appreciated as a fellow NHS colleague!

Reception staff are super helpful! Doctors are also genuinely care. Moved from another local GP to Ashburton and am so happy I did! Make access to doctors easy. Thank you!
