I have been registered for almost a year in this practice and I always get the best possible advice as well as the treatment needed when me or my girlfriend get sick. I recommend this practice as it is quick and efficient and also provides a walk in service.

I don't usually bother with reviews . But having changed from our old surgery to this one some months ago, I whish we had done it years ago. I recently had quite a severe illness not long after we joined Arcadian. I'm never really ill. I'm 64 years old and haven't needed the doctors for years except for the regular stuff, flue jabs etc. All I can say is the treatment I received there was exemplary! All the staff at Arcadian surgery were helpful and efficient and above all caring. The gentleman who treated me was very knowledgeable. His diagnosis was immediately correct. I was seen by him on numerous occasions through out the treatment with no delays. Every thing he did was exactly right and very professional. He was very caring , supportive and explained everything in detail. Any questions I had were answered carefully so that he was sure that I understood. He is with out doubt the best person I have ever dealt with in the NHS! Arcadian Gardens Surgery is the best I have ever been to! Keep up the fantastic work guys. And thanks so much. Because of you I am now 100%!!

The doctor is not just a doctor to the patient but a friend and very caring person,always taking care of his patient. As evidence on occasions he contacts me even outside of normal practice hours to enquire about my condition and to give advice for which I am very grateful. Fortunately there are two other clinic members , one who has been there for many years and she is always helpful and another one who deserves an award for being very caring helpful and efficient.Unfortunately there is one other person that is trying the utmost to destroy the good work of others. Overall however the clinic is fantastic.
