I’m so disappointed and angry at how I’ve been treated by this surgery. I was a patient with Abbeywell for 50 years and was never made to feel like I do now, I wish I could go back there! I have tried contacting the manager to discuss my concerns but have heard nothing back. I’ve been in pain for weeks and have been treated like a child. My doctor has lied in the referral which is appalling and I have no faith or trust in him at all. I’m so upset with them and I truly hope they try to rectify this.

Firstly my GP is great! Secondly, I had an appointment with the nurse and she really was amazing. I have been having some problems which have been affecting my life quite badly and once I’d left I felt like a load had been lifted. She was empathetic, extremely patient with me and she didn’t rush me to leave which I know can cause stress sometimes. I really feel like she cared about me and wanted to help. She was so knowledgeable which is great. Can I also mention the lovely receptionist that was working on 7/8 in the afternoon. She had people coming at her from all angles yet she stayed professional and friendly and smiled throughout even though she probably felt like screaming. I understand the pressure she is under and she did a grand job. I’m new to this practice and it’s lovely. Well done everyone.

They have always been so helpful, reception and doctors when I have needed them for myself and daughter recently. They are overrun but try their utmost to find suitable solutions to fit in with you and help you. I am very grateful for their help and hard work.

My partner called to book appointment to see doctor she has a lot of pain explained what was wrong then the receptionist said there is appointments available but we have to keep for the elderly call back tomorrow so that means we pay for National security and tax for what only when we old we get appointments pluss she’s a support worker and nobody cares work work work and no support unbelievable

Visited surgery this morning, saw doctor on time, not crowded and was very pleased with the outcome. Was able to arrange appointment on line and the whole process very easy

Having a knee problem,couldn’t see my GP for 3 weeks,got an appointment with another doctor who looked at my knee then went to my GP for advice. Had x-rays at Romsey hospital 3 weeks ago which they informed me would be in the hands of my GP within 7-10 days . Have had nothing from alma rd surgery.
