Aldersbrook medical showed again they are a patient centred GP practice focused on continuity of care. Treating both myself and my daughter with care and kindness. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful booking follow ups as well. Thank you

Very good service from the ladies on the reception desk, I have be there several times to asked them to arrange transportation for my 96 year old Mum to go for her hospital appointments, they are always polite and helpful to me. And I would like to say a big thank you to Samila for the help she gives to me and my Mum thank you so much. 😁

Had an excellent consultation with one of the GPS, he was thorough, listened, attentive, and made me feel well looked after. He proposed a follow up, and indeed followed up with me. Excellent service.

Had my flu jab today. The walk in service was very well organised. I was in and out in a few minutes. Also had a blood pressure check. Thankyou so much.

Aldersbrook Medical Practice cared for me during an uncertainty period of illness. My concerns were listened to and acted upon quickly. I felt genuinely cared for by the team and received a continuity of care that was very beneficial during a period of multiple referrals. The practice and the reception team followed up and initiated contact when new information came in with a high level of professionalism. A lovely local surgery, thank you Aldersbrook.
