   I have been a patient with Abbey Wood Surgery for over sixty years and always received good service and quality heath care. But all this has now changed after the lockdown, I tried to obtain a face to face after having an xray then an e consultation. After completing the e consultation it advised me to contact the Surgery to make an appointment, no such luck I was told by the receptionist to keep trying at various times of the day but advised me that I could have long wait before I would get an appointment to see the doctor! A truly disappointing experience. What has happened to our NHS. Such rubbish service when you need it most.
