   Used the online service to tell a GP about my mobility issues. GP sent a text message to me to request an appointment. Immediately called reception and was told I couldn't book an appointment on the phone as they were only accepting emergency appointments and the soonest available booking online was a 12 week wait... I have moved surgeries because of this

   I had a problem with the NHS app and went into see the reception. The lady that helped me was very helpful and professional. She even emailed me afterwards. I would recommend this doctors surgery as all the staff give 100% when you need it. Thank you
