    I sent a prescription request through 2 weeks ago which was lost within the system. Today I got hold of Avni when trying to find out what happened to my prescription. Avni handled the call so efficiently I was actually shocked. She called me back to keep me updated and got everything sorted out within one day. To get this kind of efficient service now days is very rare and I appreciate it. She took a situation that was irritating to begin with, and sorted it out within a few hours. Thank you

    Impossible to see a GP, ever. Tried to get an appointment by going personally to the surgery. Treated as though I was begging for something. Didn't get an appointment. Was told to phone between 0800-0900 and I know all too well that means being put in a queue, then triaged out of the system and not being given an appointment. I have no confidence that this practice is even available to me. When you can't see a GP, then nothing else works.

    I had an unidentified virus from the beginning of May this year to mid-June. I was treated with immense patience as it required repeated tests and investigations. The understanding I received from the doctor - who I regret being unable to name - was remarkable by any standards, backed by the care of the staff as a whole. Thank you

    On Wednesday, 1 February 2023 I tried logging on to the practice website to make an appointment. I discovered that in order to do this I had to go through a very complicated process to prove my identity. I did this with my passport and entering all the correct information, which included a requirement to record a video of myself; but then I received an email that said my photo ID had not been accepted so I gave up.

    With my mental health vulnerability, I am treated with great respect by my GPs, whom I have known for almost three decades. The administrators also go above and beyond in assisting me with my queries. I wish to express my thanks to all, and tell everyone theirs is a job very well done!

  7. Review titled Professional, compassionate and efficient Practice

    This is a very professional, compassionate and efficient practice. Front line staff are warm, friendly and supportive. When I call they are always proactive and solution-orientated. Whilst much of the interaction can be done online, if necessary I can always reach the practice by telephone and I can always get an appointment. Reports and requests are always processed swiftly. Similarly, the various GPs I have met are compassionate, supportive and reliable. People treat you with dignity and respect. Having a good Medical Practice is important and it’s so reassuring to know that I am registered with a practice that i can have confidence in and trust.
