    Very good care by receptionist. I new to area she helped with registering me and gave me an appointment for next day to have a health check. Can't get better service with a smile than that!

    I attended with my mother for an appointment last Monday, the GP was extremely helpful explaining everything we needed to know. Staff working at the time were more than happy to help when we needed to book follow ups and a health check. thank you

    I waited over 20mins to be seen. When the doctor saw me he didn’t even listen to me properly, he didn’t even give me a proper diagnosis. Just because I said I didn’t want any pain killers he didn’t even give an alternative method of recovery. I had to ask and when I did ask questions he would give one word answers in an abrupt manner and just wanted to get me out of the room. There was no empathy, he did not listen fully and I came away with literally nothing. So I am now googling ways to heal myself. What a joke.

    I attended on Monday to see the Practice Nurse, she made me feel at ease straight away as I was nervous about a personal test. The receptionists were well mannered and very polite. Thank you

    I’ve been with the practice a few times and it seems to be a disconnect with reception and the nurses. My own appointment was rescheduled by front desk and the day of the appointment I received a ‘no show’ notice. When I called they said it was fine. Then my son received a request to get his MMR shot and we booked in the appointment but when my husband attended the appointment they said he wasn’t due for the shot. It’s annoying and disappointing especially when you make arrangements to be work late or change your dates around only to not have the service you expect.

    Blood test appointments on time. Nurse was very good and efficiently carried out the blood test and blood pressure check. Overall good service.
