Visited on Monday. Made me very comfortable. Some fantastic work Carried out and saved teeth that I thought would be lost. Can’t recommend enough.

Attended for a root canal filling Was previously told by my old dentist the tooth needed taking out Amazing service, was put at ease and a painless procedure. I have a lovely crown on my tooth now and couldn’t be happier. Thank you York dental care. So lucky to have found an NHS dentist in the ribble valley.

Always cancelling appointments and sometimes even just an hour before your appointment. Today was the last straw when I took both daughters for a checkup and had to take them out of school because of the only time I could get an appointment to be told on arrival that the appointment had been cancelled. They told me they had called me but i had no missed calls or messages and the number i confirmed was correct. I was offered to reschereschedule but the only appointments they had outside school time were in May. I have also had a bad experience with them when I was convinced I needed a root canal on a tooth I've never had any issues with but I put my trust in them because what do I know? These guys are the professionals. However, since my root canal I have had nothing but issues so a perfectly good tooth has now been damanged and is going to cost me a fortune to get it fixed! Today was the last straw so I have decided to now leave this dentist and hopefully find a more trustworthy efficient one.

Recently booked in with an emergency toothache Was seen on the day I rang up, got my treatment done,Fantastic service, brilliant dentist and really good communication regarding my options.
