I had an appointment today to see the hygienist and she was absolutely amazing! Not only am I a very nervous patient, but my last experience with a different practice left me in pain and never wanting to see a dentist again. This was completely different. She put me at ease and did everything very gently using numbing gel. I hardly felt a thing despite the fact that I needed a lot of work. She gave brilliant advice and I'm glad I've registered with this practice as the experience left me wanting to ensure I visit the dentist much more regularly from now on.

The dentist provided the treatment in a very efficient way. The dentist was very polite, helpful and friendly. The quality of the end product exceeded my expectations. The reception staff displayed a very professional attitude. The surgery is very clean and bright, the waiting areas very pleasant.

Friendly and helpful until they discover you are entitled to NHS treatment then most unaccommodating. No appointments for months even if you are halfway through treatment and the dentist wants to see you in two weeks. Promises to telephone you back never happens. Add you to a cancellation list - what for? Pay upfront to see a specialist but reception does not telephone when appointments become available and then fight for a refund when you give up after months of waiting. Dentist friendly but not proactive or proficient. I would only recommend this practice if you are young, fit, healthy and able to pay for your treatment.
