    Everyone was very pleasant and helpful during my appointment. I was a bit apprehensive at first but need not have worried at all.

    Saw one of the dentists due to toothache, after examination and Xray the problem was established and a written quote given. I was advised to rebook for the work and if he was not available quick enough that reception would book with any other dentist within the practice to do the work, which I did. On the second visit the other dentist seemed to be saying that the previous dentists diagnosis may be wrong and that after removing filling that more work could be necessary, seemed like he was trying to create work that was not necessary, when diplomatically challenged he got defensive and suggested that his colleague should of done the filling and why was it booked in with him, which is quite bizarre bearing in mind I was advised that anyone within the practice would take care of it if first dentist that quoted was not available. Seems to me they have a system that clearly doesn't work in practice and then try to override previous dentists quote, seems rather suspicious. Naturally I decided to go elsewhere.
