After searching around I called this surgery to see if they were taking new NHS patience on benefits. How pleased was I when the lady said yes. So I ask how I go about registering and starting treatment. I was then told. Come into the surgery with ID and we can do the forms and get an appointment booked in. I said lovely. I’ll pop in shortly. Then the bombshell. Don’t forget to bring your £50 deposit I explained I am on Universal credit and can’t afford a £50 deposit. And her reply. OK. ............. The phone went dead
