A hygienist appointment has now gone up to £72.50 and I was only in for 15 minutes. Since being taken over I do not see the same person - Out of the 4 appointments I have had, I have seen 3 different people. I like to have continuity with my dental care. They are lovely people, kind and thoughtful, but.....the cost is going up and up and up. I am currently looking at other local dentists and there charges are no where near this.

Thank you for your feedback, We do apologise for the lack of continuity, this should not be happening now as the practice has been settled for the last 2 years. If you could please speak to the team when you can and we will make sure this doesn't happen. With regards to Hygienist, one has just returned from maternity, and one is just about to start. This naturally meaning it isn't possible to book you with the same hygienist when they are not working. The price is for a session, whether this takes 10 minutes or 30 minutes, depending on how regular you visit the hygienist and how much work needs to be done, this time does vary. We do price check within the area, and we are confident we match other practices in the area. If you do have any further issues please call and speak with the practice manager so we can rectify any problems straight away. Thank you Wokingham Dental Clinic

We’ve been visiting this dentist for a good number of years. Always had a check up and teeth cleaned. Not anymore since being taken over by perfect smile. Now expect you to see the hygienist for £65! They’re making it unaffordable. The staff were friendly and helpful but the costs is ridiculous.
