   I had n appointment here which was not pleasant I then left the surgery and realised I'd forgot to get my prescription stamped I went back in to find my dentist and reception staff sat in the staff room next to the reception saying some horrible things about me and my daughter I interrupted and received a phone call by the owner apologising, a week later they removed me off there books I was shocked and disgused.

   Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback, but not sure why this was left today when you were last here in September 2021. After contacting the surgery in September 2022 which after already failing to attend 4 consecutive appointments you were given another appointment which was also failed and according to practice policy you were informed you are no longer on our list.
