The dentist who examined me was very unprofessional and timid, he was querying everything with the assistant who was advising him. He didn't look at all my teeth individually calling out numbers to the nurse (as they usually do) he just blew air around my teeth and asked if I had any sensitivity. He asked if I drank or smoked or had fizzy drinks and that was it! I then asked if he was going to clean my teeth, which comes in with the checkup fee. The assistant suggested he stood in a different position to check my teeth and he changed his chair. He then started cleaning but I wasn't relaxed as he didn't seem confident so I asked him to stop. I had a few questions at the end which he didn't answer so the nurse was helping him. I've been a patient at this Practice for several years and felt really nervous as I felt he was not confident in what he was doing. I didn't feel I should have paid £25.80 for this appointment. I don't think I had a proper checkup. The Receptionist said it was his first day! The gentleman, was polite but not professional. Date of visit 4.12.23.

The dentist and her assistant are so lovely, they make my children feel comfortable. The only downside is that myself and husband aren’t on your books

Very calm, patient, well-explained, reassuring, friendly, considerate, and was painfree despite massive intact wisdom-tooth root that took a lot to get purchase to be able to extract - wonderful fabulous service, thank you so much, looking forward to pain-free life now

Dentist was very informative and good with the kids though was half an hour late and for my autistic child this was quite hard.

Absolutely amazing experience this morning! Receptionist smiling and happy. The dentist I saw was very patient and explained everything she was doing, she talked through my options and treatment. I've booked back in for the new year for an extraction and filling, I declined treatment for later today as I need to prepare

My Dentist was nice, friendly & made me feel at ease throughout my appointment, she thoroughly explained everything that she was doing & demonstrated how I could improve brushing my teeth & gums.

Staff welcoming and politeness. I phoned to say I would be 5-10 mins late. The receptionist called me to say she had spoken to the dentist, who could still see me and to save time I could park out the front of the building. Dentist was very informative and spent time to explain how I could improve my dental hygiene with a few small changes.
