I like that, my appointments are reminded the day before by Messages and by phone call . No extra waiting time . Efficient painless treatment from experienced doctor.

My appointment had been cancelled previously I had to wait two weeks for another appointment even though I was in pain with a lump on my gum. Then my appointment was cancelled again and after pleading to see a dentist they gave me back the appointment they originally cancelled

Everything was explained clearly before the procedure, I didn't have to worry about anything, my mind was at ease, the Dentist was so excellent throughout, the staff was good, I feel welcomed, overall I'm happy thank you.

Everyone is very friendly from the moment you walk in. They explain everything clearly and they are never judgemental which some dentists are. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff were wonderful, put me at ease, absolutely great. I was prepared for sedation but they encouraged me to try without and they were right!

I was made to feel welcomed at a different Dental surgery by receptionist as I arrived. The dentist himself came and collected me himself and was a very pleasant man I mentioned that I was very nerve’s and he reassured me it would be alright.!’m so thankful te tooth has gone as now all the pain has gone ??

Good things: Staff were all very helpful and pleasant on all platforms via phone and email and also in person-Thankyou! Bad things: My mobility isn’t great. The staff said I could park out the back of the Practice as I have a blue badge (much appreciated, Thankyou). I use crutches and or a wheelchair depending on how much pain I’m in. As directed via email I called when we arrived and staff very promptly came downstairs and let me in. Unfortunately the only toilet available was up stairs which did mean I was in pain all day after my appointment. Any wheelchair users who are unable to mobilise at all would not have been able to use the toilet which is certainly not ideal.
