    Colosseum established this part of their growing empire at the expense of the previous, independent dental practice literally across the street on Norwood Road. As a patient ("customer"), I found the experience poor and it is clear that customer interaction is definitely more transactional than personal - compared with the previous local dentist swallowed whole by Colosseum. The actual dental care was unremarkable, functional and quick. I found the attitude of the manager to be wanting. A failure to acknowledge and to respond to feedback that was elicited from me via their own survey, emphasised the lack of interest in addressing the legitimate concerns I had when they refused to sign-up my partner. I took the time to locate an alternative dentist in nearby Streatham I am happy to have been treated with a higher level of genuine service and respect at Southside Dental Care, where they were willing and able to take the time to understand and to appreciate new patients.

    Went there as my usual dentist is no longer taking adult NHS. I registered, received an appointment quickly and now have a follow up appointment in 3 months time. I have now registered my son with them. It's good to see a practice where the staff make you feel comfortable regardless of the condition of your teeth.

    Practice was only one I could find accepting NHS patients, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The appointment was efficient, the dentist was friendly.
