Review titled Dissatisfied with Inflexible Dentist Appointment Experience

Yesterday, I had a rather frustrating experience at my dentist appointment. Despite my best efforts to inform them that I would be running a few minutes late due to heavy traffic, nobody bothered to respond to my calls or voice message. I arrived at the clinic only five minutes behind schedule, expecting to be able to proceed with my scheduled check-up. However, to my surprise, the dentist asked me to reschedule my appointment. Considering that a simple check-up would not have taken more than five minutes of their time, I found it disheartening that they were unwilling to accommodate such a minor delay. If the dentist cannot spare five minutes, then I see no reason to give them my time either. Frustrated by the lack of understanding and flexibility, I decided to cancel my registration altogether. Overall, this experience left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a patient. Dentists should strive to provide more understanding and flexibility for their patients, especially when unforeseen circumstances arise. I hope my feedback encourages them to improve their customer service and prioritize patient satisfaction.

Lovely experience. Wonderful team, they are true professionals, clean and they have the patience to explain the procedure and the cost, also they advise what is your best option of treatment. Highly recommend West Green Dental Practice.

When I first joined I had a really nice dentist but he appears to have left the practice. I've seen two other dentists and both of them were not welcoming or friendly in my experience. I had a relatively pain free filling but found the silence unnerving, one would like a smile and a few words of reassurance when you are in the chair.
