We have had an appointment for almost a year and they've cancelled it on four occasions - finally managed to see them today and they had the audacity to say that we should have definitely visited them sooner! they also pointed out that a filling was of a poor quality until they realised that it had actually been put in by themselves. We have been loyal customers for over five years, and I am yet to see the same dentist twice, it seems like every time a dentist starts there, they last around a week. I am also not even going into how incredibly rude the attitude of the receptionists is, but at least that has been a constant since we first started going here

Amazing service . Lovely receptionists. Brilliant dentist and efficient. I will highly recommend this practice . My 2 years old twins , loved their check ups .

The dentist that we have has restored all of our faith . She is so friendly well they all are really . You are made to feel totally relaxed. So glad we come to this dentist .

As my brand new crown done just less than a month ago had fallen out of we given an emergency appointment to put a filling in until I see the dentist again on the 12 January to do another mould of my tooth

Waited an hour for scheduled appointment to find that I needed to see a different dentist. Have already waited a month for this appointment and in need of a new retainer without which the time, effort and significant cost of teeth alignment will be wasted. Have to return tomorrow which I appreciate in terms of having an appointment but very frustrated by the experience and only hope I won’t be paying additional costs for further alignment as a result

It is not often i leave a review but this dentist is a total professional in every way, she made me feel comfortable before explaining exactly what she would be doing. During my treatment she kept ensuring i was relaxed and fine, she showed her colleague total respect and gratitude, on top of all this her amazing personality shown through. In conclusion probably the best experience and treatment i have ever received from a dentist, thank you

This is my best visit since I started coming in 2015. Receptionist was proactive, friendly and attentive. Past experience was never as good and I’m glad to see the shift in standards. Very happy with my hygienist and dentist who were both friendly, informative and light hearted. Overall, excellent

I think she is a great dentist. Did not perform procedure until t was comfortable to do so. Got to say ...really impressed. I wouldnt normally fill in a survey so must be happy!
