I have been a patient at Vicars Cross Dental Practice for over 25 years and seen my changes of staff. Today I was treated with great care and professionalism by the whole team. I have a back problem and a room change was necessary for my Hygenist appointment as I can not climb the steep stairs. At no time during my appointment was I made to feel uncomfortable over this. All staff have a friendly caring disposition and all procedures are explained.Thank you once more team Vicars Cross Dental.

Had an emergency , called reception who are always friendly and helpful. Was offered appointment for next day. Dentist and dental nurse were lovely. This is a fantastic practice.

Efficient and friendly admin team. Appointments are always alerted in advance via mobile phone and email. Dentists and nurses responsive and professional. Check-ups and treatments are undertaken with care and useful information/advice.

The whole team are approachable, professional and supportive. I am a nervous patient with my teeth and they are understanding and calm while delivering a great service. Thank you.

I had toothache over the weekend and was struggling to sleep and control the pain. Rang on Monday for an emergency appointment but they had gone so I was offered a waiting appointment and was told I could wait up to 2 hours. This was all I needed. I waited and was seen. I know how busy they are and I was just grateful I could be fitted into the dentist's busy schedule.

I have been scared of the dentist since a young age due to a traumatic experience, I never thought I'd not be scared of the dentist again. Since joining this practice they have made me feel so at ease and I have overcome my fear

Lovely clean practice. Staff are really helpful and friendly. I am absolutely petrified of dentist but they were amazing putting me in a little waiting room on my own . Getting me a drink of water kept coming and asking if I was OK. Reassuring me all the time that it would be OK telling me all the time through treatment what they were doing .

Reception team were polite and efficient and hygienist was very clear as to what treatment she would do and explained very clearly how important a dental hygien regime is.

Have been using this practice for some years and they have always been good never had any problems. The staff are really friendly and helpful the only negative is that the staff change a lot
