   Impossible to speak to anyone as they don't answer their phones or return calls meaning you have to turn up in person. Cannot book online either. Unacceptable.

   I have never called and the phone has been answered, I have left messages and sometimes I’m called back sometimes not. The receptionist is rude, no interaction at all with you. Dentists are actually really nice and I’ve had such good treatment from them, however this dentist surgery is badly let down by the reception.

   Visited this dentist on the 26th of August 2022 to have impressions for a gum shield pluss treatment of which would have been a 30 min treatment once sat in the chair was told can only do one or the other as it had been changed to a 15 min appointment of which I opted for the mouth guard once done I went to reception and was told we will call you when it comes in about 2 wks that was 9 weeks ago and still no mouth guard reception is very lapse
