  1. Review titled disgraceful policy

After being private for 18 yrs with Upwell my wife and myself (who are both 84 ) have spent several thousand pounds. I rang yesterday to have a tooth out only to be told that I had not been in for 2yrs 3 months and their policy is to remove anyone from their register who has not been in for 2 yrs. This after being told for the last 3 years to only come with emergency due to the pandemic. As far as we know this policy still stands as nobody has informed us of anything different. After talking to the practice manager she says their is no further discussion, that is their new policy. My wife is still registered because she had extensive treatment last year but the fact that one's spouse is still registered means nothing. Common sense and courtesy have gone out of the door.

My son came today to have his tooth fixed If gone to reception to book my 2 girls in for a check up and was told I couldn't as they had been de registered as haven't been seen for 3 yrs so I rang up shortly after and was told they had been last seen December 2019 so how would that be 3 years it wouldnt be until december 2022? I think it's disgusting children teeth are always changing how can you de register them ? Any other time ive had letters or phone calls for check ups but I've had nothing!!
