  1. Review titled No regard for appointment times

Rated 3 stars out of 5

I have visited the practice twice in the last few months. I work and therefore the most convenient appointment times are first thing or during my lunch hour. My appointments have been the first (9am) and immediately after the lunch break - on both occasions the (same) professional I was booked into see was late by 10 minutes each time. If I'm expecting any appointments to be on time, it is these. I wouldn't mind but the professional I was booked into see wasn't even in the building and strolled in at 9:10 when I'd already been there 15 minutes to make sure I was ready for my appointment. On both occasions I got 'sorry we're a bit late' - no sincerity in their voice and an arrogance which indicates 'you wait for me'. A one off is fine, I understand being late, but there was no intention by this individual to be on time - this is an NHS practice, there are enough posters around the practice around the number of missed appointments etc, at least make sure your staff abide by the same rules. I'll continue to visit this practice because there is no option to move to another NHS practice.

  2. Review titled Best Dentist Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

As an extremely nervous patient. You are initially welcomed by smiling professional staff who make you feel welcome. The treatment I have had has been invasive and my Dentist has made me feel at ease. Very caring and concerned for your welfare. It makes my visit more in control and knowing I am being looked after. Thanks so much. Brilliant, fantastic.
