   This place is dark, the shutters are half down, have to knock 3 times to get in, let in and then locked door behind. Very shabby and unclean, unclear communication from reception - they misspelt my name several times. Walked into room and dentist did not even look at me or greet me, until I said hello. I came in knowing i needed work done, having had a check-up at an orthodontist. This was doubted by the dentist as if it was some bruise to his ego, and said there were no holes, when I said that 3 were found, he then asked me to check myself with the mirror - I am not a dentist and just asked to have an x ray. He then said I find another dentist because I was doubting him. Such a fragile ego and rude, unprofessional service, questioning the information I had come in with or the orthodontic services, when they had been nothing but professional for the whole treatment. unpleasant, and insecure dentist who puts personal pride above listening to anything the patient says.
