When is this going to be addressed? For the 2nd time in a few months, both times I’ve attended this year I’ve had a debacle due to reception’s inefficiency. Last time I had to pay a deposit (I’m on the dental plan) and had to fight to get it back as it wasn’t deducted, then today I paid £184 for a filling and the 10% wasn’t deducted. I rang when I got home and was told that the administrator I was speaking to ‘found the charging process confusing’, she would have to investigate and ‘if the dentist agreed’ , the price (which was correct and she can see i am on the plan, she would have to ‘ask management whether I could have a credit on my account’. I said part of the plan is 10% off work undertaken, she reiterated that management would have to ‘decide’. I also said I didn’t want a credit on my account, I wanted my money back, she again said she didn’t understand and management would ‘decide’. The person I’d spoken to earlier in the year ref my deposit also claimed not to understand the charges and the money so isn’t there a glaringly obvious need for some training here. Dental work is astronomically expensive as it is without incentives offered not applied due to total ineptitude? Whoever has responsibility for this area really needs to do their job and address this.

Really nice dentist, calm,relaxed. Explained everything clearly. No pain involved which was a bonus. Made me feel very comfortable which was great as I don't like visiting the dentist. Certainly won't be so nervous on my next visit. Everywhere nice and clean and bright. All staff lovely .

well yet again it comes 3 days to my appointment and my app has been cancelled elizabeth has just phoned me and cancelled my appointment i phoned them back and asked why and its because farah has cancelled her day ....again , so i told them ill find another dentist as its unreliable and she said she will remove me from there books , ive been stalked since 2015 ish and maybe its a favour to theese scroats ?????? if i go missing of found swinging farah assesory to m1 definitley my names ben leyden origionally from liverpool now 12 park house welton ln13hz peeeeeace out

This dentist has cancelled all of our appointments x4 times in a row. Cancel and rebook to ring and cancel again. Thia has gone on for months! Its also not just us friends have had the same problem! Avoid!

Waited a month for appointment and today on the day of appointment got a text saying sorry we have cancelled your appointment phoned up and made another for 23rd of January over a month away again and I’ve got toothache lovely I’ll phone around try find another dentist

You receive text messages asking you to click a link and fill out information prior to every single visit - no phone number on the text so you cannot check if it is legitimate. When you call they say they have been doing this for a few months, but haven’t communicated this to customers. They offer no alternative (none at all) - ‘they don’t use paper’. When challenged, they said you have to click the link and fill in before your visit, they don’t have paper forms at the practice. So you have no option but to click the link and fill in information (every single visit) which is personal and - most of the information is on your record…

Great treatment from the dentist and hygienist, however on one occasion when I was unable to attend an appointment through circumstances out of my control and unable to give 48 hrs notice, I lost my deposit. Perhaps in circumstances like mine policies may require reviewing. Because of the situation I chose sadly to no longer be at treeline . But treatment I've had in the past was excellent.

I have attended this practice for many years and have always had great service and treatment by all the dental staff. The care is excellent. The dentists have always explained fully my options, both nhs charges and private charges and respected my decisions. I have seen a few of the dentists over the years and each one has been excellent. Today I had my new crown fitted which I am delighted with! I recommend this practice most highly.

So I called to say that I had tested positive for covid and enquired if I could still attend my appointment that day, was told no and that because in all the time I have been there I have re-arranged 2 other times that I would have to wait three months before I could see a dentist again! Bare in mind I need an extraction and am in pain I’m now being told I need to wait 3 months!!! Absolute joke! Apparently it’s ‘nhs’ policies… note for self ‘don’t be honest and just turn up with covid next time’

I attended the clinic today for a tooth extraction under sedation. I was very nervous when I arrived but was soon out at ease by the staff. I had three teeth extracted and can say that the whole experience renewed my confidence in the dental service. The staff were caring and I was made to feel very calm. Thank you all for renewing my faith in dentists!! I’ll be back!!!! Pam Young
