called to register as NHS patient, was told i have to pay over the phone before i even get to the dentist, was told i can only get 1 filling included with this fee of £70 something, other dentists are at least 2, when i questioned her on the amount of fillings i can get as stated on NHS site, she told me it will make the dentist bankrupt. you cant join the NHS and change the rules to suit, if you cant afford to offer NHS services then don't do it. they are running low on funds and patients are suffering as a result!

Firstly i think like most places you go to customer service and greeting someone is the first! The lady is extremely rude, has no manners at all. Was actually horrified i dont even know how she works there. The dentist removed my tooth and i have still been suffering since! This dentist should be shut down i have never seen anything like this!

I called to book an appointment and was not greeted. On top of that, the woman on the phone cut me off multiple times and even before I finished my sentence, she stated the cost of the treatment with a very condescending tone. When I say I would call her back, again with a very rude attitude said "yeah, you do that". I am shocked at the rudeness I was met with when just trying to book an appointment and this has now put me off from making an appointment with this clinic. Rude staff should not be put as the first contact-point.

Just returned from Tower Bridge Dental practice, my second appointment of the week. I honestly couldn't recommend a better place for treatment, the moment you walk through the door, you're warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. Professionalism of the highest standards all in one place, from the lovely lady at the reception desk to the angels with drills. Personally, I feel like I've just won the lottery being under the care of my dentist, Professional, Caring and willing to help. A service above expectations. To my dentist if you're reading this...Thank you.

I have been using this dental surgery for a long time and have always been highly satisfied with the service that I have received. I find the reception staff to be friendly, polite and helpful. They are very efficient in getting me appointments quickly. I am very happy with the high quality of the work that the various dentists and dental assistants here have done for me over the years and am very grateful to be registered as a patient at this surgery. I would definitely recommend using this dental practice.
