So grateful to all the staff who saw my baby boy within hours of a nasty accident. Everyone was so kind and gentle with him. Thank you for being so supportive and reassuring with me too. I would highly recommend Zen for toddlers and parents. Thank you all!

I have been with this practice for several years and felt it was time to leave a review. I recently saw their hygienist (N) who was friendly, caring and spent the time to give me great advice. I had some dental work done by the excellent and thorough (P) who was ably assisted by her cheerful and funny nurse (K). No pain, everything explained well and a surprisingly pleasant experience. The receptionist (M) has been there a while, always remembers my name and juggles appointments around when necessary. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

This practice has no regard for NHS patients misleading them into private booking and registration. I’ve been a registered NHS patient at this practice and wrongly booked a private consultation on the online system. In the end the final appointment had been done on the phone but this didn’t matter either. Not only that I paid a private fee for a regular check up but I was charged with an initial registration fee as if I was being a different person from the one already registered.

Front of house very welcoming and making you feel comfortable. excellent consultation for me being a very nervous patient, very gentle and calming and explain very well what’s to be done.

My experience at Zen Clinic has been nothing short of amazing. I was quite impressed by the very friendly, welcoming staff and the dental hygiene procedure. Well worth the money as they’re great at what they do. Hats off!
