The receptionist was so professional,kind and caring towards myself made me feel very welcome what a lovely clean waiting room thankyou so much from Bridie

Arrived just over ten minutes late because never been to the practice before and sat nav sent me to a different location in the area. My fault accepted however explained this to receptionist and she smirked and said we had been put down as did not attend and would have to re-book. I explained that I had finished work early and travelled a long way for the appointment, she couldn't care less. Would not recommend and have already registered an interest in joining a more reputable dentist. Not putting up with that from a receptionist.

Thank you for leaving us a review. We appreciate all patient feedback whether it be positive or negative as we are always aiming to improve the service we offer our patients. I am sorry that we could not accommodate your late arrival on this particular day. We will always try our best to accommodate our patients but if the Dentist's diary is fully booked it makes it very difficult as this would mean that we run late for all our other patient's that day who also have other commitments to get to. We sincerely apologise if this caused any inconvenience for you.

Applied multiple times as an NHS patient, they kept telling me to try at the end of July for a long time, when I applied at the end of July they told me on the phone that they actually don’t take NHS patients and they can only add me as a private patient. Stay away from these people. They said the registration form on their website is just a preference enquiry and not the actual registration form. This makes no sense.

Thank you for leaving us a review Emanuel. We appreciate all feedback. Unfortunately when we reach our NHS capacity we can no longer offer NHS spaces therefore the alternative is to join as a Private patient. We are sorry we couldn't offer you an NHS place at this time.
