Just wanted to thank dentist mr o**** today when attending my appointment for an emergency extraction. He put me completely at ease, I hadn’t been to the dentist for 15 years, and also not registered with one. I rang on the off chance not expecting an appointment so quickly but I got an appointment the following day. Mr osman was extremely calming, as I was extremely nervous. The whole process only took 30 minutes or so, and at each step he kept me at ease. It was very appreciated, and thankyou for making my first experience in a while a non-traumatic one. Receptionists were polite and chatty too.

Lovely receptionists and the dentist/hygienist professionalism. What I did not find appealing was the dental nurse’s nag. She continuously nagged at me on dental care throughout my treatment. The dentist advice was enough. Please maintain professionalism and allow one person, either the dentist or the dental nurse, to advise the patient on dental hygiene.

The care and attention to detail was very good. The dentist and her assistant were very thorough and I’m looking forward to completing my treatment plan.

Our dentist is so lovely and very approachable. My little boy had his first trip to the dentist today and she was fab with him.

The surgery have always been great . Fitting me in for emergency work on a few occasions . Always so very helpful .

My lovely dentist knows about my past unpleasant experiences with other dentists and she is always so sweet. Puts me at ease and is a really lovely person

I am extremely disappointed,the receptionist phoned me 10 minutes prior to my appointment to see if I wanted to cancel(I was already outside about to enter the building). When i checked in she asked me again if I wanted to cancel and rearrange,I politely declined stating I had took the day off to come. When I asked why they had left it until the last minute they couldn't give me an answer.
