    I have been to this dentist for many years and usually have same dental nurse who is lovely. This time I had a different person and it was awful. I explained I am a nervous patient and I don’t like the dentist. And no consideration was taken at all. I left with tears in my eyes they were rude, not helpful, didn’t explain anything to me and cut the insides of my mouth even though I said they were hurting me. I won’t be returning this one visit has put me off entirely.

We understand that you are a nervous patient and that you did not feel like your concerns were taken seriously. We also understand that you left the appointment feeling hurt and upset.     I was kept waiting 21 minutes after my appointment time, no apology or greeting from Dentist. I was eventually spoken to by the Dentist who interrogated me as to why I had not visited the Hygenist as previously instructed, I attempted to explain that in the current climate I, being on benefits, had to prioritise food and heating first. I felt belittled and I was shocked by the attitude and approach.
