   Been trying to get in touch since 9am this morning to re-arrange an appointment rang over 100 times no one has answered the phone yet when you walk in there sitting there watching the phone ring and then kick you off when you don’t attend your appointment. Awful

   We are really sorry you are dissatisfied with our service. When you ring up the call goes into a queuing system, sometimes if reception are busy doing other tasks the phone will transfer to the back office and be answered as each person waiting in the queue is dealt with.
