All completed professionally with full explanations and much care. Very well done in terms of an very good outcome for me as the patient which I will pass on to others. The dentist and the assistant were in harmony and gave me much confidence

The Dental Practice seems to have improved greatly over the past few months. Appointments more available and Dentists very friendly. I find the experience of going to the Dentist much pleasant.

Receptionist helpful and friendly when I telephoned for a query and again in person on arrival. Hygienist is amazing, very understanding of my fear of dentists (from a previous practice), is patient and uses a combination of methods to help with sensitive areas. Offers advice on preventative care for problem teeth. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now and would recommend to others.

I have on occasion needed fairly urgent unplanned treatment, and have always found the Practice responsive and helpful; once managing to secure a last minute appointment on New Year's Eve. I am confident that every effort will be made to see me quickly if there is a need. I am offered regular check ups, and these have always been thorough and helpful. I have a high regard for this Practice.

Appointment time was punctual. Appointment was for fitting a plate for 2 missing teeth. Dentist was informative throughout and ensured the fit was snug. Very helpful.

The hygienist was very thorough and gave excellent advice about dental care following treatment. Unfortunately when I tried to make a six month follow up appointment I was told that the hygienist was leaving that day. This is a shame for continuity of care.

In pain phoned them up got an appointment within 2 hours and they were kind and understanding on the phone. Helpful when I got there and the dentist and assistant were understanding when I was struggling

On time appointment for check. Cheerful, informative and efficient dentist. Gum disease so needed hygiene appointment - fitted me in the same morning. Not exactly fun but exactly what I needed. All good
