Very quick, painless extraction of back upper molar. The dentist & assistant were very polite & friendly & kept me informed of what was happening all the way through the procedure & gave me very good precise information about after care. I was not looking forward to having the procedure but now it’s over I honestly don’t know what I was worrying about. Great practice. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again when needed. Thank you so much.

They gave appointment so swiftly. I took my daughter for tooth extraction and the doctor was so friendly and treated patiently.

I was with this dentist for some time they were the only ones I trusted but they have taken me off there books I have tried to explain I suffer with extreme anxiety so it makes it difficult for me but it has made no difference like I said very sad

I had a abscess on my tooth which had been ripped out by a toffee but I left the abscess thinking it would go away how wrong I was so I rang this dental practice explained the situation fully to the receptionist and she got me in for a reasonable time , the dentist was a bit late seeing me but that’s expected with loads of patients I was then seen and got him the problem he then said what treatment would you like which I’ve been asked before which was nice so I sorted that out and now I’m on antibiotics and I’m out of pain for now but on the whole great customer service and experience :)

Good service, very friendly staff. The dentist is professional he gives very useful advice and information. I recommend this practice.

I visit on Saturday and what can i say! the lady on reception is very nice and cheerful, good to talk to, thank you to her to be seen the same day. the inside looks so beautiful and classy, and dentist was great, very gentle. Im so happy to come here. You will have good reputation

On arriving at the practise I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked my appointment time and guided me to a waiting area. Before long I was called into a surgery where the dentiist and his assistant greeted me, directed me to the dental chai and asked me some health questions. Then the procedure began. As the dentist worked, he explained exactly what he was doing and why. He found that I need some further work so I have another appointment in 3 weeks time. I have a confession to make. I've been registered with this practice for years, and always had the same dentist .The staff are all great, so friendly, but also thoroughly professional. The whole place is spotless and they have all the latest equipmemt. My wife and daughter are registered here to, and we wouldn't ever think of going elswhere. I you are looking for a .dentist in north Coventry, look no further. It really is the Gentle Dental Centre and I thoroughly recommend it.

Everything great from the very beginning nice receptionist, really good doctor, job done really well can't say nothing bad. Great dental practice. Definitely recomended!

lovely staff, nice atmosphere, great dentists. i wouldnt go anywhere else. looks very fancy after the new takeover. changing for the better. keep up the good work
