   I took my elderly, frail and confused mother for an appointment. I got the date wrong and we were two days early. Seeing how difficult it was for us, the practice moved consenting patients around to accommodate her and she was seen and treated with virtually no delay. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and understanding. I'm sure it was not easy for them to do, but they made it work. Such a rare thing these days. Thank you to everyone at the practice who helped us out.
